Courtney Hanson is on a mission to ensure individuals, families, and business owners have the protection they need when facing unexpected illness or injury.  Courtney has been with Principal Financial Group’s Benefits and Protection Division for nine years and is currently the Regional Vice President of Individual Disability Sales for Minnesota and the Dakotas.  Courtney is originally from Phoenix, Arizona where she graduated from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management.  Outside of insurance she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking or on a lake in the Minnesota Summers.

Mike has been an industry leader in the Disability insurance arena for over 36 years and spent 23 years with Principal Financial Group as a DI Regional Vice President prior to his retirement in 2020.

Mike is a member of NAIFA and the International DI Society. Mike, along with his business partner, James Leary, currently own and operate OneProtection. OneProtection is an income protection presentation software designed to help financial professionals better educate, demonstrate and bring clarity to their clients in this critical area of planning.

Bryon Holz is founder and President of Bryon Holz & Associates in Brandon, Florida. His firm provides investments and insurance to individuals and business owners throughout the Southeast. They specialize in wealth accumulation, retirement income, asset preservation, and legacy planning strategies. The firm’s approach to financial services is based on the principle that the customer’s needs should always come first.

Bryon is a graduate and Presidential Scholar of the University of Tampa. In his spare time, he is active in his church and community, with a special passion for music, travel, and spending time with family.

Jerry owns and manages an agency in Grand Coulee, Washington.  He has long been an advocate of professional continuing education and is a National Faculty member and Educational Consultant for The National Alliance.

Active in the industry, Jerry served on the technical committee of the Independent Agents of Washington and chaired the Far West Agents conference, a technical forum with Insurance Services Office. He currently serves as faculty for IIAA's Virtual University.  Jerry was honored by the PIA of Washington/Alaska as "Agent of the Year" in 1994 and served as President of the Association in 1997-1998.
