Hello NAIFA-ND!

I am honored to serve as President of NAIFA-North Dakota this year, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such dedicated professionals in our industry. As we find ourselves already halfway through February, it's evident that the challenges facing our profession persist. Legislative and regulatory actions continue to pose threats to our businesses, from the re-introduction of the Fiduciary Rule by the Department of Labor to proposed changes by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that could impact agent compensation.

In the face of these challenges, it is more important than ever that we stand united as a strong association. Your membership and advocacy efforts are invaluable in protecting our interests and ensuring the vitality of our industry. I urge you to stay informed and engaged, as we navigate these developments together.

We have some exciting opportunities coming up for involvement and networking, including local NAIFA Live Watch Parties, golf outings, and our highly anticipated 2024 Success Summit, which will be held in Bismarck from September 30th to October 1st. I encourage you to mark your calendars and make plans to join us for this impactful event.
