The Lindsey N. Vogel Advisor of the Year award is given in recognition of an individual who has rendered outstanding service to the industry, the Chapter, and the insurance-buying public. The recipient brings credit to the insurance business community and to their community in general.

Kim T. Albert has been a loyal NAIFA member since 2010, and it didn’t take him long to become involved in leadership roles. He went through the chairs for the Minot Chapter, assuming the role of President from 2013 through 2015. He has been a continuous board member of either the local chapter or state chapter since 2012. He currently serves on the North Dakota board as Vice President of Advocacy.

Kim is a 2019 LILI Graduate and earned his Financial Security Advocate badge in 2022. He has been instrumental in North Dakota Grassroots efforts and has helped organize and orchestrate an event in Minot for area Legislators. He has attended as many state functions as he can and has nearly perfect attendance. He has also attended the National Congressional Conference, National Leadership Conference, and other national events.

Kim is a well-known and well-respected businessman in the Minot area, and NAIFA-North Dakota could not be prouder to announce him as their 2023 Lindsey N Vogel Advisor of the Year.
